Orders ship from the USA within 1 business day (Mon–Fri) with tracking. Standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage, 2–5 business days) is free on orders over $75; faster options are shown at checkout. International shipping is available to selected countries and takes up to 30 days; duties and taxes, when charged by the destination country, are the customer’s responsibility.
We want you to love your fragrance. You may return or exchange any sealed, unopened bottle in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used bottles and decants cannot be returned unless defective. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case contact us within 7 days with a photo and we replace it at no cost. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.
Every ESSENZA ROYALE bottle is 100% original, factory sealed and sourced from authorized distributors and official channels. Batch codes are intact and verifiable. If a product is ever proven not to be authentic, we refund the full amount and the return shipping. Decants are hand-filled from the same original bottles into new glass atomizers.
Notes, accords, longevity, sillage and season are shown as a guide, based on the brand's official pyramid and the global fragrance community's experience. Perfume performance varies with skin, climate and application. Bottle designs and packaging may change by the manufacturer without notice. Testers are new, full bottles that come in plain packaging and may lack a cap.
